- Introduced HomePlug compatible and HomePlug imbedded surge protectors incorporating proprietary AC protection
- Awarded 5 year product purchase agreement with Verizon

- Introduced OutRigger, the first intelligent and fully integrated NID
- Introduced Switchable Voice NIDs (SVN) to enable MSOs to deploy VoIP more economically and effectively.
- Tii President and CEO, Timothy Roach, retires
- Kenneth A. Paladino appointed Tii President, CEO, and to Board of Directors.
- 2007
- Chosen by Australia's largest to provide station electronics and surge protection products that include a custom designed and patented Network Termination Device that integrates Tii's filtering and surge protection technologies.
- Tii launched new brand identity, moved into a state of the art HQ and research and development center, and closed Puerto Rico facility.
